Double Tank Type (Pressure SWH)
INTRODUCTION
There are two inner tanks and a filling tank in a non-pressurized compact solar water heater. One is enamel tank which stores the clean water for customers¡¯ daily use and the other one is stainless steel SUS304-2B tank which stores the cycle water for transferring the heat. Composed by vacuum tubes, water tank equipped with dual inner tank, filling tank, bracket, pipelines and auxiliary parts
This type features the inner external tank which takes advantage of pressure from the tap water, and the stainless steel tank which stores the hot water in the gap for transferring the heat. The filling tank, will fill the gap when the transfer fluid reduces owing to vaporizing. The water can be heated rapidly when it pass through the external tank.
Characteristic
1) It takes the advantage of the tap water's pressure. More pressure, more comfortable.
2) The water can be heated rapidly, so it can produce the high quality hot water.
3) It can produce more hot water than the general types because it isn't restricted by the volume of the tank.

1) Inner tank: stainless steel--0.60mm.
2) Vacuum tube: QB-AL-N/AL-58-2000.
3) Outer tank: painted steel-0.4mm; stainless steel SUS304-0.4mm.
4) Frame: coated galvanized steel-1.5mm; stainless steel SUS430-1.5mm.
5) The material of insulation: polyurethane 50mm.
6) The reflector: aluminum component; AL99.85% surface oxidation.
7) Copper coil: ?12mm, thickness 0.8mm.
