INTRODUCTION

Non-pressurized compact solar water heater consists of thermo siphon vacuum tubes, storage tank, bracket, pipeline and auxiliary parts. Its storage tank and evacuated tubes are installed as one unit, and all glass evacuated tubes are inserted into the storage tank

This system can be installed on the roof in many methods; the pipes can be arranged in the preset groove. It can be easily used to save the electricity power, oil, gas in a big extent. You can use it for shower, bathing, washing, laundry in single family, farming camping area, sports areas, swimming areas and holiday residences

The non-pressurized compact solar water heaters use the thermo siphon principle to collect heat from the sun and transfer it to water. The evacuated tubes are coated with a special coating, and coating absorbs sun rays to generate heat. The heat gathered by the evacuated tubes heats the water in the evacuated tubes. Then the hot water rises to the top of the evacuated tubes and into the storage tank. And cold water will goes down into the evacuated tubes where the process is repeated.

Run by natural circulation, the system can work without other power. The circulation heats the water in the tanks continually. There is a air vent on the top of the tank, which makes the water in the tank open to atmosphere, the air can go into the tank when the water flows out. So the hot water flow rate mainly depends on height difference between the water tank and the hot water shower head, and the pressure generated by height difference is less than that generated by the tap water pressure.
